What Causes Asymmetrical Lips With Hard Lumps After Lip Reduction Procedure?

Hello i f and am very desperate for answer. This is a week after my lip reduction procedure and it feels like it hasn t been healing well, i followed my doctor to remove the stitches the day before and they come off my lips look like they have a lot of hard lumps around and there are some dark scab. i am really worried this will leave a scar on my lips and in addition my lips look much more asymmetrical now. I know the full extent of the surgery is too early to tell but these are really worrying me so much that i am afraid to step out of my house. i really need some reassurance and don t know who i could turn to. i deeply appreciate it.
