What Causes Auditory Hallucinations And Distorted Hearing?
I have had strange hearing sensations. Driving my car with the rear window open I heard loud vibrations that affected my concentration. not just normal sounds. Also watching TV the music was distorted , one sound was at least 3 times louder than the others.Almost unreal. What could it be?

It might be related to problems with the inner ear. I highly recommend consulting further with ENT specialist. Audiogram to run together with complete blood count to rule out anaemia.
