What Causes Baby Kicks Feeling With Cysts In Ultrasounds?

i' not pregnant but i'm getting these weird movements like little baby kicks,i went by the doctor last 2 weeks and also did a ultra sound, i have a cyst bout 2.43cm and haven't seen my period since jan 2011 ,i'm on metfomin for the last 2 weeks .whats going on? My doctor told me to lose weight and i am ,i was 135lbs and now i'm 129lb. I lost 6lbs in 2weeks which is great .
