What Causes Back And Chest Pain With Breathlessness And Sweating?
About a week ago I got pain in back and chest like someone was sitting on me on squeezing me.. It lasted quite a while and reoccurred about 48hrs apart. I was short of breath and became hot and sweated during attacks. I had heart checked and ultrasound of gall bladder. All negative. What are possible
