Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The possible causes of your pain are any pelvic infection due to previous D and C, local causes like fibroids, adenomyosis etc, urinary tract infection, any bowel inflammation etc. If the pain is severe better to consult your gynecologist once, get examined and if needed go for ultrasound. By this the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly. Antispasmodics like mefanamic acid can help in relieving the pain before reaching your gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
