What Causes Back Pain And Bloating When Trying To Conceive?

Hello. I'm 24 and married. trying for a baby. i last had my period on the 3rd of Dec and my cycle is 35 days. I have been feeling a pain in my back for a couple of days now but today it is extreme, like PMS but my next isn't till the 7th. i also feel very bloated and gassy. and i feel sharp stabs on my lower abdomen and sometimes up my chest. could i be pregnant and feel it this early?

Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. In the current scenario, I would suggest a proper clinical evaluation by a gynecologist immediately and a sonogram of the pelvis to know the status of the pelvic organs. Stabbing pain is not a symptom of a normal pregnancy and hence should be evaluated. Ruptured ovarian cyst or an ectopic pregnancy are the two things that need to be ruled out.
