hello, i can understand your concern. the cramps can be the regular menstrual cramps. back ache post intercourse can be due to lot of factors. it can be due to an awkward posture during intercourse, having weight of your boyfriend for prolonged time. Try positions where weight bearing is less for you. this would help. i would suggest hot fomentation over the area. use an anti inflammatory drug like tab aceclofenac for a couple of days. local application of diclofenac gel would help. this is not an issue to worry about. for gum bleeding i would suggest limcee tab(vitamin c) one tablet daily for fifteen days. apply stolin gel(if not available use any gel containing tannic acid) over the gums which are bleeding. this would subside in a few days time. hope i have answered your concerns. feel free to ask further queries. thanks for choosing HCM.
