What Causes Back Pain And Cramps During Pregnancy?
im 33 weeks pregnant and i been having lower back pains and everytime i get a pain in my back i get one in the front as well and i notice i start to have cramps
i cant sit or walk that long with out getting pains i can only lay down
is this prelabor?

It may be sign of prelabor or may be because of constipation if you problem of constipation. I will suggest for confirmation go for ultrasound to know cervical length or funneling of cervix.
