What Causes Back Pain And Lung Pain When I Breathe?
I was wrestling and my back got slammed onto concrete then into a locker really hard. Now, my back hurts and my left lung hurts when i breathe heavily cough or laugh. It also hurts when i move the wrong way or stand up but it doesn't so much hurt to the touch. What's wrong?

And this can cause musculoskeletal pain. But better to rule out internal lung related injury first. So get done chest x ray . If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry much. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside. Avoid movements causing pain.
