What Causes Back Pain And Pain In Lower Abdomen?

Hello..This is Asmita from hyderabad, who is second time pregnant with 7th month ..my query is: facing the heaviness in the tummy very now and then...right now its 27 weeks sufferring from severe back ache too..lower abdomen...always sufferes from cold and body pains...I weigh around 72kg jus 5 feet inches

I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
For how long u are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes ? what about the urination? any burning micturation? any increased frequency?
Based upon the history you have provided it may appear you have got urinary tract infection , but it has to be establish after examination and investigations.
If i am ur attending physician , i will get ur URINALYSIS along with FBC after then i will be able to prescribe you treatment.
You cant use routinely medicine during pregnancy since only those drugs are allowed which are safe for the developing fetus.
Meet your obstetrician so that you can be managed properly...
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain. as it is a safe analgesic in pregnancy.
