I am having a lot of pain in by whole back. It even hurts to talk. what do you think is happening?
Though your C.T Scan has not revealed any gross injury (Report yet to be confirmed officially),
In view of persistent pain and hematuria even after three days ,possibility of internal injury to the kidney or rupture of small blood vessel can not be rule out.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis. 1) Urine routine and culture. 2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis 3) Intra Venous Pyelography .(I.V.P.)
You need to get admitted in hospital and has to be under observation .with I.V fluids, antibiotics .
