General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Usual backache with diarrhea relates with the muscular ache from general weakness and fluid electrolyte imbalance rather than kidney infection.

Continue to consume more liquids, keep a chart of back pain intensity with diarrhea frequency and follow up after 24 hours about the progress.

There is no need of doctor visit at present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
