What Causes Back Pain With Stuffy Nose And Itchy Throat?
I been having stomach pains for about 3 days but this morning I woke up to back pain espcially on my left side with stuffy nose, itchy throat, and a little hot than I usually am I havent been outside enough to catch a cold and I don't have any allergies but right now I am sexually active what could this be?

It seems that you might be having viral infection giving rise body-ache, malaise and low fever producing all symptoms.
Take paracetamol and decongestant medicine to get symptomatic relief.
Take rest.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
