What Causes Back Pain,tiredness And Food Craving After Having Unprotected Sex?

Hey me and my girlfriend were having intercourse but I pulled out in time well I think. And 5 days later she gets her period but she said her back hurts, lately and have been tired, & crave something every 5 min. Does this mean she s pregnant or is it from her period?

If she had period after intercourse then it suggests no pregnancy.

It just anxiety nothing else.

Relax and give her support.

Sometime post period weakness make this all but it is normal.
