Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Back Spinal Pain And Hips Pain When Having High BP?
I am suffering back spinal pain also both side hippies pain some time i can not move .during sex very fast ejuculate or during sex penice become shoft slowly go down at present i am taking this medicine FOSAMAX 70 MG Alendronate sodium tablet.also i am high BP .
I believe that the back and hip pain are unrelated o your blood pressure, and may represent more degenerative joint disease or a nerve problem. It seems that you are complaining or erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, none which should be related to your medication Fosamax but can be related with cardiovascular disease including high blood pressure. i would suggest checking with your doctor to rule out other causes of erectile dysfunction including diabetes, see that your blood pressure and lipid control are optimal and determine if a trial of medications for erectile dysfunction is right for you.
Hope this helps, wish you the best,
