General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Its likely to be spreading infection of the gums also predisposed by Vitamin C deficiency.
I would suggest you to consult a Pediatric surgeon for further reassesment

In the meantime following will be helpful

1. Oral gargling: Warm saline, alternating with Chlorhexidine mouth wash will be beneficial.
2. Vitamin C will be helpful
3. Ciprofloxacin + Metronidazole wwill be helpful

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care

Best Regards
