What Causes Bad Cough And Pain In Upper Back?

I have been to the doctor for this and had x-ray but can t find anything. I have this bad cough and some times I have a pain in my upper back between my shoulder and then I can fell it in the front of my chest. It s like it s goes first threw my chest from back to front and then I start to cough really bad. After that on the right side of my chest in the front I have a small pain that just want go away.

Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM
You might have allergic cough and that is causing narrowing of the airway tract in the lungs.
You need to get examined for nose and lungs that you have allergy or not.
There are many drugs for that like the xanthine derivatives which i usually advise to my patients like acebrophylline, then anti histaminics like cetrizine or loratidine and monteleukast .
You can have coffee at home that is the best home based drug for such condition .
