What Causes Bad Odor From Vagina In A Child?

Hello, my daughter is 16 months old and has a very foul odor.coming from her vagona, and if I dab her I get a little dot of green discharge. Nothing is found on her diaper when I change her. It doesn't seem to bother her, but she does grab at her diaper from time to time so I don't know if that means its itching. I'm very concerned.

All signs indicates vaginal infection..she needs treatment with antibiotics and antifugals..visit gynaecologist...
