developing saddle nose, foul smelling nasal discharge, headaches, thinning of sclera in my left eye, fever, weight loss, premature aging. Sunken in cheeks and temples. Lips getting thinner and there s white patches on them. White discolouration.

It could be due to conditions like chronic sinusitis. Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
Antibiotics have to be started at the earliest. Do steam inhalation to open up blocked sinuses.
