OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vaginal discharge, itching and dryness can be due to vaginal infection, like bacterial vaginosis or candidiasis.
I would suggest you to get a vaginal swab examination done to confirm the diagnosis and get further management accordingly.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
