Hi,
This is your fifth
pregnancy. There is a great chance that by now calcium stores in your body have gone low. Low calcium plus the natural back bending position in pregnancy is responsible for the low back ache.
Moreover you are getting yellowish
vaginal discharge. Does it smell foul? It is suggesting that you are having some infection in vagina or mouth of the uterus which also adds to the
backache.
Grandpa headache powder contains
paracetamol and
aspirin. That should not cause you any problem, may be it will give you some relief from the backache.
To get rid of low back ache, I will advice you following things:
1. Start calcium preparations in real good dose with the advice of your obstetrician.
2. Get vaginal discharge examined from the obstetrician and if required take the relevant treatment for that.
3. Have proper rest in left side lying position - at least 2 hours in the afternoon and 10 hours at night.
During pregnancy, the uterus is continuously contracting and relaxing. So long as these contractions are not painful, you do not have to worry about them. If they become painful, you will have to report to your obstetrician immediately.
