What Causes Bad Smell In Urine With Light Pain?

I have problems with my urinals, may be urine infection. urine not cleared at a time. After drinking water, in about half an hour I get pressure and need to go to toilet for release. Light pain felt in the backside early morning at bed, but does not continue after leaving and walking for a while. A bad smell comes from the urine. I have also another problem with my chest. Squeezing irritable pain felt but not serious, in the muscle or bone of the chest. I need to have a check up preferably at Navi Mumbai. I am 51. Please advise me how I could get a good solution for check up and cost involved in it.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your lower urinary tract symptoms and chest pain do not seem to be linked. The first sounds like a urinary tract infection, which can usually be treated with antibiotics. Chest pain can be serious, and I advise you to see a doctor for a thorough medical examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
