I am normally healthy. A runner at 40 . I run 35 to 40 miles a week. Female and weigh 105. I ve had a raspy voice for a week. Unable to clear my throat well. Slight trouble with a good deep breath but seem to open up well when I run. Crampy and pain with some diarrhea. No fever or lower chest congestion . A bit fatigued and a bit pale under my eyes. What could this be?
Hello Thanks for asking HCM You seem to have abdominal problem. ie you have diarrhea with pain. Secondly you have throat problem, that could be because of the reflux problem. Reflux refers to the reflux of food from stomach to the food pipe, during sleep. This causes the irritation in the food pipe because of the stomach acid. I usually prescribe tinidazole or ornidazole or metronidazole medicine with ciprofloxacin or ofloxacin . This will take care of stomach.and of reflux too. Rest continue your jogging. In doubt do reply
