Hello, I can understand your concern for treatment of bags under your eyes. I can make out that you are too young to get this kind of problem as is generally seen in persons above 30 years of age and never been seen in young age. Puffy eyes or eye bags are generally due to stress over eyes and resultant fatigued eyes appear as bit swollen.
It can be due to certain genetic causes other than nutritional and non specific causes. As you are quite young so the part of aging factor is totally out. In the management of this condition it is quite important to use a raised pillow and bit higher level of head so that the water should not accumulate over the under eyes part. In my patients I generally go for trichloro-acetic acid peel or glycolic peel and suggest my patients to apply Azelaic and glycolic acid creams.
Curtail salt intake or intake of coffee and tea. I suggest you to meet a dermatologist to get best management of the same. All the best.
