What Causes Balance Issues While On Sodium Valproate?

My Daughter is 4 and Half year old and she had unprovoked seizures in Sept 2016 since than she is on medication. She has been talking Sodium Valporate 2 Times a day. Now from last 2. Days she has been falling while standing. Her appetite has been reduced aslo. What is the possible cause for this ??

Side effects of sodium valproate include:

-loss of control of body movements
-loss of appetite
-dizziness
-weakness
-nervousness
-tremor
-vision problems.
