What Causes Bean Shaped Bump On The Chin?

I have recently found a small bean shaped bump on my chin/jaw. It's directly on the front of the chin to the right and slightly underneath my jaw. It has had a slightly bruise like numb pain when I notice or touch it. It is immovable and quite hard. I'm not sure if I've bumped it at some point... Could this be a lymph node?
