A few months ago I woke up feeling wet and thought i had Wet myself. It did not smell of urine so was not sure what had happened. This happened again a couple of days later. I always wear knickers so thought perhaps I was sweating. Last night it happened again where I was wet , but no smell of urine. As this is random i am not sure what is going on. I am 67, do not drink alcohol and dont eat spicy food. Can you give any reasoning to this? Thank you
