Hello,

You may develop the acute episode of a vestibular migraine or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) or acute labyrinthitis. Until examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Take rest, use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling. Use paracetamol for a headache, if symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
