Hello ma'am and welcome.

During pregnancy, your hormones are all over the place. These fluctuations and levels cause various effects on the mother which are undesired and of np real purpose. One of these is gastric irritation, which is what you are experiencing.

The bloating of your abdomen puts pressure on the growing uterus and on your diaphragm. But cavities are around the bloated abdomen, and so your presentation. I would not worry about it, and if at all the discomfort is something you cannot tolerate anymore speak to your caring doctor or take ranitidine containing tablets (one tablet 15 minutes before a meal).

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
