What Causes Belly Button Pain To A 7 Year Old?

My 7yr old daughter complained this afternoon of bad belly button pain. She said it is on the side rather than middle of her belly button. Said it started hurting during school. When we got home I put some antiseptic on it from last year when she had a small infection (from being in the woods). I don't see any area of infection and it's not red or even pink.

Pain at this site is caused by small intestinal infection by bacteria,virus or parasite
Treatment is antibiotics ,carminative and sos smooth muscle relaxant.At home you can give her gripe water.Don't give her chana,mutter and non veg food for 2-3 days.She should improve in 2-3 days
