Hello and welcome,

After delivery the muscles of the abdomen become loose and lax, so it tends to protrude out. In addition if proper diet is not taken then there is fat deposition and the abdomen becomes big, looks like a pregnant lady.

Skipping is a very good option. You have also gained weight. So you will need a diet that will be low in calories [ a deficit of at least 500-700 calories a day] along with proper protein intake, regular exercise for 30 minutes every day and absolutely no fat or sugars.

This will help in decreasing the weight as well as exercise will tone the muscles and push the tummy inside. See a dietician and get a diet plan for yourself. Also join a gym if possible and train every day. The weight loss is dramatic initially, slows down later but if the training and schedule is followed the results are tremendous over 6-8 months.

So this is fat and the only way to burn it is by exercise.

Hope this helped. All my best wishes are with you.
Stick to the plan and you will succeed.
