I have bilateral bulky ovaries. Uterus appears normal in size shape and contour measuring 90.4mm x 32.7mm x 41mm. It is anteverted in position. Central endometrial thickness is 5.5mm .right ovary is 32.5mm x 19.3mm x 22.5mm having a volume of 7.4 ml. Left ovary is 30.8mm x 20.7 mm x 24.1mm having a volume of 8ml. There is no adnexal mass. Fertility profile testosterone 0.69 0.3-2.6nmol/l Prolactin 191 40-530mlu/l . Can I conceive naturally ?

Hi, I understand your concern. Your USG findings & fertility profile indicate defect in ovulation leading to bulky bilateral ovaries ( because of collection of un ruptured follicles in ovary) It is to be diagnosed by pelvic Sonography & ovulation study. You can conceive normally after treatment of the PCOD by an expert gynecologist. thanks.
