What Causes Bite Marks On Legs?

I have 3 bites on my legs - all three are about the size of a biscuit and are hard, red and itchy. What was cause this? Do I need to see a GP? I don't npormally suffer with bites and already take an antihistamine. 2 of them are seeping a clear yellow liquid :(
