What Causes Biting Of Nails?
Hello. I have a bad habit eating my nails, Im 18 and I been doing it since I was 10 years old. Everytime I want to loose weight I don t see any difference in my body and I don t even eat alot. Plus sometimes Im siting or laying down and I get certain pain on my stomatch Im ot sure whats the cause or everytime I swallow my nails it happens too, I m worried cause I heard it can cause something in your stomatch. Idk what to do? please help?
