Dark cold feet suggest a blockage in the arteries going to the legs. If both feet are affected, then the blockage is likely to be in the major artery in the abdomen. It's also possible that there was a blood clot there that broke up and went into both legs, causing a blockage in the lower arteries. In any case, this is an emergency and he needs to be seen right away. It might be something else but arterial blockages must be ruled out right away as they can lead to loss of the feet/legs. Get your dad to the emergency room to have this looked at now. Hope this helps.
