What Causes Black Discharge And Pain During Urination?

Hi! I'm a mother of 3 children, age 40. I found black particles when i urinate since yesterday. I do not experience any pain during the process or any tummy discomfort. What could be the cause and how should i overcome it without seeing any doctor or taking any medicine

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It appears to be small stones. Possible calcium stones.
2. As the stones rub the ureter, urethra - it can result in pain during urination.
3. Take plenty of water to avoid future stone formation. When possible, get an ultrasound of abdomen to rule out any presence of stone, impacted anywhere in the urinary tract.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
