Hi,

Black spots during your periods in this month are signs of possible infection or any abnormal uterine problem.

I advise to stay calm, at the end of the periods go and visit your gynecologist. Further diagnostic tests should be done, including pap smear, transvaginal ultrasound, female hormones in blood and vaginal swab testing.

All these will help determine the right diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
