My 5'9" 20 year old boyfriend of 11 months recently developed 3 small black scab looking dots on his penile shaft. they do not itch nor puss, however we have stopped having intercourse due to the unknown nature of these mysterious dots. That I know of we are in a monogamous relationship. 2 of the 3 scabs have fallen off showering and are slowly healing. the 3rd still remains. Could this be an STD? if so which one? if not then what are these?
