What Causes Black Phlegm After Quitting Cannabis?

Hi, ive smoked Cannabis for now 2 year, i realised that ive smoked alot so i decided to quit. And for now a month, i spite everyday, black stuff. I dont know if its kinda TAR or beceaus i have lung cancer. And i would like to know how to Clean , if possible, my lung from it. ( the black things, are like little black particules )

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Chest x ray
2. CT thorax.
3. Bronchoscopy and BAL(Bronchoalveolar lavage) analysis.
Cannabis smoking can cause particles to settle in alveoli. And on long run can develop lung infection and lung cancer.
So, chest x ray and CT thorax is needed to rule out these possibilities.
Bronchoscopic evaluation will be helpful in removing particles. You can do therapeutic BAL to clear airways from particles.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
