What Causes Black Pimples?
For a few years now I have developed some black unpopable pimples , they are about the seize of a nickel , I ve only tried once to squeeze one but it just blended and nothing came out , they really don t hurt by them self only if I squeeze them can anyone tell me what they can be ?

As per your case history, you are having comedones. My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a tretinoin 0.025 % cream once at night on lesions.
3. Other treatment options are oral doxycycline, minocycline, and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
