What Causes Black Specks In Stool While On Riomet, Oosure And MCBM?

Hello doctor! As prescribed by my Gynecologist, I ve been taking Riomet, Oosure and MCBM. Off late, I ve noticed tiny black specks like pepper seeds in my stool, with occasional diarrhoea and burps. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance for your response Regards Mrs.Cheruba

I understood your health concerns.
My Impression-
Based on facts of your query,You seems to suffer from-
Riomet induced Acute Gastritis with Black Stools and diarrhea with bloating.
Report to your doctor.
Reduce the dose and
Add PPI -Panto D with Simethicone-to treat Gastritis
Tab Loperamide- 10 mg - x 2 times a day for -to treat Diarrhea.
Cap Sporlac - 1 day- a probiotic - to balance the disturbed bacterial flora, which is common in Diabetics and its imbalanced blood sugars.
You need to change the drug-Riomet- if its causing discomforts beyond controls.
Keep Me updated whenever needed , 24 x 7, to help you out by even,online tips for You, on weekly basis.
