What Causes Black Spot In The Back Right Side Of My Throat?
A few days ago after being around someone who had acute bronchitis I found a black spot in the back right side of my throat. This is going based off of a bathroom mirror, so it may just be a dark spot from a shadow. It makes it a little painful to swallow and when my mouth gets dry it gets very irritated. I would like to say that it has caused me to be more tired, but I tend to be tired all the time before it became a problem.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of black spot in the back right side of my throat which could be pus pocket and due to tonsil stones (tonsiloliths) and tonsillitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and start treatment after thorough examination. You should go for blood test examination as well. Usually treatment is not necessary, as tonsils get cleared themselves as well after preventive measures. You should do warm saline gargles and suck on lemon candy. You should avoid intake of cold carbonated beverages.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
