I have black spots all over my legs i'm guessing from shaving. I have been using fair and white body lotion but the spots are not getting lighter, i'm thinking about getting laser surgery to get it out or do u have any better soloutions it really bothers me

Consider laser hair reduction as repeated trauma by shaving can worsen the pigmentation.
