What Causes Black Spots And Dryness Of Lips?
i have black spots around my lips and it happens thrice in this year. I have oily skin but winters are here so i am facing dry skin problem too. I have dark circles. I am using Loreal hydrafresh deep boosting essence. I am using Himalaya neem face wash. Help me to get rid of these black spots and dryness.

You seem to have developed pigmentation over the face .
Such s skin pigmentation can easily be managed with proper care and treatment.
Use a medicated sunscreen regularly.
Apply a lightening agent which is kojic acid based over the affected areas twice daily .
Eat lots of Citrus fruits and salads .
