What Causes Black Stool Despite Taking Gutspore By A Child?

Hi my son is 3yr old. Initially my son was having semisolid stool with black and some time greenish color. Doctor given bacilli 5ml once daily and an antibiotic. After 5 days there was not significant improvement. Then I went to other doc he has given gutspore 5ml thrice a day, taxim , satrogyl o,....Now stool is fully solid...But some time it is blackish. This all happening since 10 days...Doc told me not to give milk, wheat and sugar to my son.... But since day before yesterday fever is coming ...I m having pink berry syrup that I m giving 5ml thrice a day...But no significant improvement....What to do plz suggest.

If the kid is active otherwise and feeding and voiding well, the color of the stools need not be worried about. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting. You need not worry.
