Black stool indicate bleeding somewhere in intestinal tract. Foul smell indicated very severe intestinal infection. Gas bubble moving inside means there is an intestinal obstruction.
All these symptoms taken together indicate that cancer causing an ulceration, infection and bleedings present.
I would advise you the following: -Consult a Cancer Surgeon; CT scan of abdomen -Colonoscopy -Upper GI endoscopy -Tests of stool -Tests of blood for CBC, tumor markers and all others.
This will give an exact diagnosis and a plan for further management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
