What Causes Black String Like Substance In Stool?
I am 10 weeks pregnant, 25 years old, and I have been taking prenatal vitamins and I also take synthroid for hypothyroid. I have had diarrhea for years but the last few days it has had short black strings in it. It doesn t appear to be moving. Should I be worried or is this normal?

some times constipation can be like this. constipation is quite common in pregnancy. I certainly worry about worm infestation the way u described it.
as you are pregnant you should get evaluated by doc soon.
