my 2 large toenails have truned black, one is only attached near the base of the nail. they have a rotten smell about them and they are tender. I thought I had fungus so I treated them with Fungi Nail but that has not worked. Is this a fungus or am I treating my nails wrong
by the history it appears to be fungal infection, but the duration age is not clear.Nail infections especially of toe ,even if fungal need a very long duration of oral treatment(months).please confirm with a dermatologist.
