Pap smear was normal. STD testing normal. Urine testing shows no bacteria or infection. For a week now there has been a black vaginal discharge. I keep a vaginal discharge all the time but after testing was told it was Noninfect vaginal leukorrhea. The black discharge is heavy that I have to wear panty liners and usually go through 2 a day. Will not start period for another week. Do have bilateral follicular cysts. Also have noted a tissue like substance in bottom of toliet after urination. What could this possible be?
