What Causes Bladder Infection With Stomach Bloating?

Hey!! I'm so scared right now and I need help, I was told I had a bladder infection and was put on antibiotics. I'm not having the cramping anymore but it feel like something is in my stomach and I know for sure I'm not pregnant. I'm always gassy and I feel bloated and when I walk or run I feel it. I never had an STD but my symptoms fall under PID and IBS. please help!

what you have know need to get Flagyl 500mg tab twice daily, Ciproflxacin 750 mg tab twice daily and ranitidine 150mg twice daily for releaving stomach pain.
